The PG22-DK2503A is a low-cost, small-form-factor development platform for the EFM32PG22 microcontroller from Silicon Labs. It is built around the EFM32PG22C200F512IM40-C device featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 core operating at up to 76.8 MHz, with 512 kB flash memory and 32 kB RAM. The board includes a built-in SEGGER J-Link debugger for easy programming and debugging via USB Micro-B connector. On-board peripherals include a relative humidity and temperature sensor, ambient light sensor, Hall effect sensor, 6-axis inertial sensor, PDM stereo microphones, and 8 Mbit serial flash. All I/Os are routed to 20-pin 2.54 mm breakout pads for custom hardware expansion. Power can be supplied via USB or coin cell battery. The kit is supported by Simplicity Studio software and is ideal for evaluating energy-friendly embedded designs.
