The PESD12VL1BA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. Rated at 12V reverse standoff voltage, it clamps at 26V when conducting 10A (8/20μs waveform). The device delivers 260W peak pulse power and features a low leakage current of 1μA at 12V.
Built with solid-state silicon-avalanche technology, the PESD12VL1BA meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection at ±30kV contact and air, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT at 40A, and IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge at 10A. Typical junction capacitance is 30pF at 1MHz.
The device is housed in a surface-mount SOD-323 package and supports operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. It is RoHS compliant and has a flammability rating of UL 94V-0.
