The CUI Inc. PEM2-S24-S9-D is an isolated DC-DC converter module delivering a single 9V output at up to 222mA from a nominal 24V input (21.6-26.4V range). This 2W converter provides 3000Vdc input-to-output isolation and features short circuit protection, antistatic protection up to 8kV, and high efficiency of up to 85%. Designed for commercial ITE applications, it meets standards including 55024, 55032 Class A, and 60950-1, with approvals from CB Scheme, EN, IEC, and UL.
The module is housed in a 14-DIP package with 6 leads and through-hole mounting, measuring 20.1mm x 9.9mm x 8.2mm. It operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is RoHS3 compliant. The unregulated output makes it suitable for applications where minimal ripple (75 mVp-p) and stable isolation are required, such as industrial control, telecommunications, and distributed power systems.
