The PDU620-13 is a 6A ultra-fast recovery rectifier from Diodes Incorporated designed for high efficiency rectification in power conversion circuits. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average rectified forward current (IO) of 6A. The device exhibits a low typical forward voltage drop of 940mV at 6A and a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 25ns, minimizing switching losses.
The rectifier is housed in a surface mount PowerDI5 package with a molded plastic green molding compound and matte tin over copper leadframe finish. It features a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020C and is lead-free and halogen-free. The thermal resistance junction to soldering point is 1.5°C/W typical.
