The PDS760Q-13 is a 60V, 7A Schottky barrier rectifier designed by Diodes Incorporated for automotive and high-efficiency power applications. It features a low forward voltage of 620 mV at 7 A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.2 mA at 60 V.
This rectifier is housed in a PowerDI5 surface mount package with a matte tin finish over a copper leadframe. The package is molded with a green compound rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. It is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020 and weighs approximately 0.096 grams.
