The PDS5100HQ-13 is a 100V, 5A Schottky barrier rectifier designed by Diodes Incorporated for high-reliability automotive and industrial applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 710mV at 5A and a very low reverse leakage current of 3.5µA at 100V, making it suitable for polarity protection, recirculating, and switching diode functions.
This rectifier is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and is halogen and antimony free with a lead-free finish. It is housed in a PowerDI5 surface mount package with an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The device includes guard ring die construction for transient protection and a highly stable oxide passivated junction.
