The PDS4150Q-13 is a 150V, 4A Schottky barrier rectifier designed and qualified for automotive applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.76V maximum at 4A and 25°C, and a very low reverse leakage current of 0.01mA maximum at rated voltage. The device is housed in a PowerDI5 surface mount package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals.
This rectifier is suitable for polarity protection, recirculating diode, and switching diode functions. It includes guard ring die construction for transient protection and a highly stable oxide passivated junction. The part is halogen and antimony free, RoHS compliant, and rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
The PDS4150Q-13 is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces per reel. It is the automotive-grade version of the standard PDS4150-13, offering AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability for high-reliability applications.
