The PDS1040L-13 is a 10A low VF Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 490mV at 10A, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
