The PDS1-S3-S5-D is a 1W isolated DC-DC converter from CUI Inc., part of the PDS1-D series. This single-output module converts a nominal 3.3V input (2.97V to 3.63V range) to a regulated 5V output at up to 200mA. It features a typical efficiency of 76% and can reach up to 80% efficiency under optimal conditions.
The converter provides 1500Vdc isolation between input and output, making it suitable for applications requiring galvanic isolation. It includes short circuit protection and antistatic protection up to 8kV. Ripple and noise are typically 60mVp-p at 20MHz bandwidth.
