The PDR3G-13 is a 3A, 400V standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a PowerDI 5 surface mount package. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified output current of 3A. The forward voltage is 1.15V maximum at 3A. With a reverse recovery time of 3µs, it is suitable for standard rectification applications. The device is glass passivated for reliability. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The PowerDI 5 package offers excellent thermal performance, with thermal resistance from junction to ambient as low as 45°C/W on specific PCB layouts. The diode is RoHS3 compliant with lead-free and halogen-free finish.
