The PD3S230LQ-7 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 2A, this diode offers a forward voltage drop of just 450mV at 2A. It features a fast recovery time of less than 500ns and a typical junction capacitance of 40pF at 10V and 1MHz.
The device has a junction operating temperature range from -65°C to 125°C and low thermal resistance (junction-to-ambient 177°C/W, junction-to-soldering point 6°C/W). It is housed in an ultra-small PowerDI323 surface mount package, weighing only 0.006 grams. The terminals are matte tin over copper leadframe.
