The Advanced Micro Devices PALCE610H-15PC is a general purpose Programmable Array Logic (PAL) device. It is functionally equivalent to the EP610 and can accommodate logic functions with up to 20 inputs and 16 outputs.

This device features 16 independently configurable I/O macrocells. These macrocells can be configured as either registered or combinatorial. The registers support D, T, J-K, or S-R flip-flop configurations. It utilizes a sum-of-products logic structure with programmable-AND and fixed-OR arrays. Eight product terms are available for each macrocell.

Manufactured using advanced CMOS EE technology, the PALCE610H-15PC offers low power consumption and high speed, with a worst-case propagation delay (tPD) of 15 ns. It is available in space-saving 24-pin SKINNYDIP and 28-pin PLCC packages. The device is electrically erasable, allowing for quick reprogramming, which is beneficial for prototyping. A security bit can be enabled to protect proprietary designs.
