The P82B96TD,112 also isolates capacitance, allowing up to 400 pF on the Sx/Sy side and 4000 pF on the Tx/Ty side.

 

Packaged in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package, this bus buffer is suitable for various applications requiring signal buffering and level shifting within I2C systems. It is designed to eliminate restrictions on the number of I2C-bus devices and physical separation, improving noise immunity on longer bus lengths. The IC is also latch-up free and offers ESD protection exceeding 3500V HBM and 1000V CDM.
