The P6SMB7.5A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6.4V and a clamping voltage of 11.3V, with a peak pulse current rating of 54A and peak pulse power of 600W (10/1000μs waveform).
