The P6SMB62A is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed by Littelfuse to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 53V and a maximum clamping voltage of 85V at a peak pulse current of 7.2A (10/1000μs waveform).
