This is a Littelfuse P6SMB47A unidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage protection. It features a peak pulse power of 600W at 10/1000μs waveform, clamping voltage of 64.8V, and peak pulse current of 9.4A.
The device uses Zener technology and provides protection for general purpose applications. It has a fast response time typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR min. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (junction).
The diode is surface mountable in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, also known as SMBJ. It is compliant with RoHS and halogen free, with MSL level 1. It is suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits.
