The P6SMB43A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 36.8V and a maximum clamping voltage of 59.3V at a peak pulse current of 10.3A (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, it provides robust protection against lightning and other transient events.
