The Vishay Dale P6SMB36CAHE3/52 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from the P6SMB series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients, making it ideal for applications in consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication sectors, as well as automotive environments.
This bidirectional TVS diode features a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. It offers excellent clamping capability and a very fast response time, with low incremental surge resistance. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) case, the P6SMB36CAHE3/52 is suitable for automated placement. It meets MSL level 1 and is available in RoHS-compliant and halogen-free configurations.
