The P6SMB36A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30.8V and a maximum clamping voltage of 49.9V at a peak pulse current of 12.2A (10/1000µs waveform).
