The P6SMB33CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 28.2V and a clamping voltage of 45.7V at a peak pulse current of 13.3A (10/1000μs waveform).
The device offers excellent clamping capability with a fast response time of typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. It is rated for ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2 and is compliant with IEC 61000-4-4 for EFT protection. The P6SMB33CA is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free plating and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
