The P6SMB27CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc., designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 23.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 37.5V at a peak pulse current of 16.3A (10/1000µs waveform). The device can handle 600W peak pulse power and is suitable for general purpose applications.
The diode offers fast response time of less than 1.0ps and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact). The package is DO-214AA (SMB) with surface mount mounting and matte tin lead-free plating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
Designed for use in I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The device is halogen free and RoHS compliant.
