The P6SMB200A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It is rated for 600W peak pulse power at 10/1000μs waveform, with a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a clamping voltage of 274V. The peak pulse current is 2.2A.
