The P6SMB18A is a 600W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 15.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25.5V at 25A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform). The device is unidirectional with a single channel. It is housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, suitable for automated assembly. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. The P6SMB18A is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and meets MSL level 1.
