The P6SMB18A is a 600W peak pulse power transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It is unidirectional with a single channel and features a reverse stand-off voltage of 15.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25.5V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 24.2A under a 10/1000μs waveform.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability and fast response time of less than 1.0 ps. It has a typical leakage current of less than 1 μA and is suitable for general purpose protection applications including I/O interfaces, VCC bus, telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
