The P6SMB16A from Littelfuse is a 600W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 13.6V and a clamping voltage of 22.5V at 27.1A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform).
Housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package, this unidirectional device is ideal for general purpose protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics.
