The P6SMB13AT3 is a 600W peak power unidirectional Zener transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high voltage transients and ESD events. The device offers a working peak reverse voltage of 11.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 18.2V at a peak pulse current of 33A (1ms waveform).
