The P6SMB10A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a clamping voltage of 14.5V and can handle a peak pulse current of 42.1A under a 10/1000μs waveform.
This device features a fast response time of less than 1 ps and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. It is housed in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMBJ) package with matte tin lead-free plating, and is RoHS and halogen free compliant.
