The Littelfuse P6KE91A is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from the P6KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 77.8V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 86.5V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 125V at 4.9A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers fast response time of typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage.
Housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package, the P6KE91A supports through-hole mounting and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is glass passivated for reliability and features low incremental surge resistance. The device is lead-free and halogen-free, with matte tin plated terminations.
This TVS diode is suitable for general-purpose protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
