The P6KE82CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. Key electrical parameters include a reverse standoff voltage of 70.1V, breakdown voltage range of 73.0V to 90.2V, and maximum clamping voltage of 113V at peak pulse current 5.4A.
