The P6KE75CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diotec Semiconductor, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000μs waveform) and features a fast response time of less than 1ps. The reverse standoff voltage is 64.1V with a clamping voltage of 103V at a peak pulse current of 6.1A. The device is packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded through-hole package, suitable for automated insertion. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and provides excellent clamping capability. The P6KE75CA is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and has UL flammability rating V-0.
