The Littelfuse P6KE62CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) of 53V, a nominal breakdown voltage (VBR) of 62V at 1mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 85V at a peak pulse current (IPP) of 7.2A under a 10/1000µs waveform.
