The P6KE56A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a Zener technology with a reverse standoff voltage of 47.8V and a clamping voltage of 77V at a peak pulse current of 7.9A (10/1000μs waveform).
