The Littelfuse P6KE550A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from the P6KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 468V and a clamping voltage of 760V, with a peak pulse current capability of 800mA (10/1000μs waveform). The device is built with a glass passivated chip junction in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package, offering fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and has a steady state power dissipation of 5W with proper heat sinking. The diode is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free (matte tin plated), with UL flammability rating V-0.
