The Littelfuse P6KE47CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 40.2V and a maximum clamping voltage of 64.8V. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000μs waveform) and a peak pulse current of 9.4A, it provides robust protection against lightning and other transient events.
The device is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package suitable for through-hole mounting. It offers fast response time typically less than 1.0ps and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD ratings of 30kV air and contact discharge.
