The P6KE440CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from the P6KE series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The device features a glass passivated chip junction in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial leaded package.
