The Littelfuse P6KE440CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 376V and a clamping voltage of 602V, with a peak pulse current rating of 1A under a 10/1000µs waveform.
This TVS diode provides fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage. It features IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection of 30kV for both air and contact discharge. The device is housed in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
