The P6KE440A is a 600W peak pulse power TVS diode from Littelfuse's P6KE series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is a unidirectional device with a clamping voltage of 602V at 1A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform).
The diode offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage, ensuring rapid clamping of transient overvoltages.
