The P6KE440A is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 376V and a maximum clamping voltage of 776V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 5.2A under an 8/20µs waveform and a peak forward surge current of 100A.
This TVS diode is housed in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial leaded through-hole package. It has a typical capacitance of 350pF at 1MHz and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and UL recognized with a V-0 flammability rating.
