The Diodes Incorporated P6KE400 is a 600W Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for overvoltage protection. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W at a 1.0ms pulse width and a peak forward surge current of 100A for an 8.3ms single half sine wave.
Constructed with a glass passivated die, this TVS diode is available in both uni- and bidirectional versions. It offers excellent clamping capability and a fast response time, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronic components from transient voltage events.
The P6KE400 is housed in a DO-15 molded plastic package, which has a UL Flammability Classification Rating of 94V-0. The leads are plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The operating and storage temperature range is -55°C to +175°C.
This part is obsolete and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Please contact Diodes Incorporated or your local representative for further information or alternative solutions.
