The P6KE350A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 300V and a maximum clamping voltage of 482V at a peak pulse current of 1.3A under a 10/1000µs waveform.
This Zener-based TVS diode offers a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms half sine wave) and a maximum forward voltage of 3.5V at 50A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and has a steady state power dissipation of 5W on an infinite heat sink.
The device is housed in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package with through-hole mounting, making it suitable for general purpose circuit protection applications. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and has a lead-free matte tin finish.
