The P6KE350A is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It is housed in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial leaded through-hole package, suitable for wave soldering and high-temperature reflow processes.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 300V, a nominal breakdown voltage of 350V, and a clamping voltage of 482V at peak pulse current of 1.3A. The device can handle 600W peak pulse power (10/1000μs waveform) and dissipates 5.0W steady state on an infinite heat sink.
