The P6KE30A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Taiwan Semiconductor designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It delivers 600W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000μs waveform) with a reverse standoff voltage of 25.6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 41.4V at 14.5A peak pulse current. The device features an ultra-fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage and provides ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2. Housed in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) axial leaded through-hole package, it operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The component is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and features matte tin lead-free plating.
