The P6KE30A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 25.6V and a clamping voltage of 41.4V at a peak pulse current of 14.7A (10/1000μs waveform). With a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W and a fast response time of less than 1ps, it provides robust transient suppression.
This device is suitable for general purpose applications including telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. It offers ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2 and has a UL flammability rating of V-0. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
The P6KE30A is housed in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) package with axial leads, allowing easy mounting on PCBs. It is compliant with RoHS, halogen free, and lead free, with matte tin lead-free plating.
