The P6KE27CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 23.1V, a breakdown voltage of 27V (at 1mA), and a clamping voltage of 48.3V at peak pulse current.
