The Littelfuse P6KE27A is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 23.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 37.5V at a peak pulse current of 16.3A (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and a typical reverse leakage current of less than 1µA.
