The P6KE27 is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 23.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 39.38V at the peak pulse current.
This device is housed in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package, suitable for automated insertion and manual assembly.
