The P6KE22CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, part of the P6KE series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 18.8V and a maximum clamping voltage of 30.6V at a peak pulse current of 19.9A (10/1000μs waveform). The device can handle 600W of peak pulse power and has a fast response time of less than 1.0ps. It is designed for general purpose circuit protection and is suitable for applications such as I/O interfaces, VCC bus, telecom, computer, and industrial electronics.
The diode comes in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and a steady state power dissipation of 5.0W on an infinite heatsink at TL=75°C. The P6KE22CA is RoHS3 compliant, halogen free, and has a UL recognized V-0 flammability rating. It is lead-free with matte tin termination.
