The P6KE20CA is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It is part of the P6KE series and features a Zener technology with a glass passivated chip junction.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 17.1V, a maximum clamping voltage of 27.7V at a peak pulse current of 22A (10/1000µs waveform), and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W.
