The P6KE200CA is a 600W transient voltage suppressor diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 171V, a maximum clamping voltage of 274V at 2.2A, and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W for a 10/1000μs waveform. The device offers fast response time of less than 1ps and low incremental surge resistance. It is housed in a through-hole DO-204AC (DO-15) axial leaded package, suitable for general purpose applications such as I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The diode is halogen free and RoHS compliant, with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
