The P6KE200ARL is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It belongs to the P6KE series and features a Zener technology design. The device has a reverse standoff voltage (working peak) of 171V and a maximum clamping voltage of 353V.
